1. How can I book a lab test with Wellcare Labs?
You can book a test directly through our website by selecting the desired test/package,
choosing your preferred date & time, and completing the booking. You can also call our
customer support to help you with manual booking.
2. Do you provide home sample collection?
Yes, we provide home sample collection. While booking a test, you can
choose the “Home Collection” option and our phlebotomist
will visit you at the scheduled time.
3. How will I receive my test reports?
Your reports will be available online, Once the report is ready,
we will send it to you via your registered email ID and WhatsApp number,
so you can easily download or share the PDF report with your doctor.
4. How long does it take to get the reports?
Report turnaround time depends on the type of test. Most routine tests are available within
24 hours, while specialized tests may take longer.
5. Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests require fasting (for example, fasting blood sugar, lipid profile etc.).
If you are unsure, please consult your doctor or contact our support team before the test.
6. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and popular mobile
wallets.cash or card also available.
7. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can request rescheduling or cancellation within the allowed time window as per
our cancellation and refund policy. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact
support for assistance.
8. Are my medical records kept confidential?
Yes, we follow strict privacy and security practices. Your personal and medical information
is stored securely and shared only with authorized healthcare professionals as required for
diagnosis and reporting.
